Fifteen years ago, the gap between what I could see and what I could actually build was killing me. I had the vision. I didn't have the infrastructure.

So I built it, for myself first, then for the next operator, then for the one after that. Across education programs that needed to run without me in every meeting. Nonprofit operations that had to outlast the founder. Cultural projects where the soul couldn't be sacrificed for the scale. Businesses that needed the systems but refused to lose the why.

The pattern was the same every time. The vision was the asset. The infrastructure was the multiplier. And the operators most often locked out of that infrastructure were the ones whose work would benefit the world most if they had it.
